Hi, I'm Crystal Debrah-Ekolie.

 

I am an enthusiastic and experienced qualified careers professional who holds a Careers Education, Information and Guidance qualification from the prestigious University of Warwick, UK.

 

I've written books, designed and delivered numerous career-related online courses, and produced a global careers podcast called, ‘ The Change and Transition Podcast’, which has supported professionals in countries all over the world.

 

I am most well known for my frank and honest interview preparation sessions, which have helped several clients to build their confidence, improve their technique, and secure roles.

 

I have coached and trained hundreds of clients with an array of career topics via one-to-one guidance, group coaching, online courses, and chairing career sector events. Clients range from early career to C-suite professionals. I have also provided freelance career services to King's College London and The London School of Economics.​
